Our commitment includes:
- Consignment Stock Management: Conducting “wall to wall” counts three times annually, with random counts performed continuously to ensure accuracy.
- Inventory Holding: Consignment inventory is held on behalf of Principals at two Consumer Goods Distribution Centers, ensuring optimal warehousing and storage conditions.
- Comprehensive Services: Our responsibilities include warehousing and storage, receiving goods, rotating inventory, ensuring picking and delivery accuracy, demand forecasting, and delivery to all major customers in South Africa.
- Reporting and Forecasting: We generate weekly stock reports and monthly forecasts, including assessments of forecasting accuracy. We also provide guidance to Principals on their stock forecasting and promptly inform them of any extraordinary stock needs.
- Order Processing: All orders are captured and processed at Dajee head office. We ensure that these orders are delivered correctly and on time, maintaining a seamless supply chain.
